Counter affidavit filed by learned Standing Counsel today, in Court, is taken on record.
The grievance raised by the petitioner in the present petition is that though the land of the petitioner was taken by the Government for constructions of the road, however, compensation as determined by the Committee in the year 2016, has not been paid to him till date.
The aforesaid facts have not been disputed by learned counsel for the respondents. He fairly submitted that the amount of compensation due to the petitioner in terms of the order passed by the Committee shall be credited in his bank account within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
In view of the aforesaid stand taken by learned counsel for the respondents, the writ petition is disposed of in terms thereof.
