The prayer in this petition is to command the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the grievances of the petitioner by deciding his representation.
The representation of the petitioner is in respect of allotment of a housing site.
There is nothing on record to indicate that any process in respect of allotment of housing site has been initiated under a state-sponsored scheme for which the petitioner is eligible.
Under these circumstances, the prayer as made cannot be accepted, at this stage. As and when the allotment process is initiated, it is open to the petitioner to apply, if the petitioner is otherwise eligible.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed off .
