Heard Sri Santosh Kumar Singh, learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of a direction to respondent no.2, to decide the Suit No.609 of 2013 Computer No.T20131666119 (Santoshi Vs. Jokhan), under Section 34 U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 within the stipulated time.
It is contended by learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed a Suit in the year 2013 before the respondent no.2 which is pending till date.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and an appropriate direction may be issued to respondent no.2 to consider the grievances of the petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case and with the consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2- Tehsildar Tehsil Robetsganj, District Sonebhadra, to decide the Suit No.609 of 2013 Computer No.T20131666119 (Santoshi Vs. Jokhan), under Section 34 U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 within a period of six months from the date of production of computerized copy of this order.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall act accordingly without waiting for submission of the certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of.
