The only relief sought in the writ petition is that Mutation Case No.00836 of 2018, Computerize Case No.T-201815090200836 (Raj Kumari Devi Vs. Kamlesh) under Section 35(1)(c) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending since 17.03.2018 before Naib Tehsildar, Maniyar Sikanderpur Purvi, Tehsil- Sikandarpur, District Ballia, respondent no.2, be directed to be decided expeditiously.
As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or calling for counter affidavit, as such, respondent No.2 is directed to decide the aforesaid case, expeditiously, in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment in deciding the same, preferably within next four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order downloaded from the website of the High Court, after hearing all the parties concerned.
