Learned Standing counsel states that the first information report was lodged against the petitioner no. 2 in Case Crime No. 342 of 2019 under Sections- 366and 506 IPC and added Sections363,366,368,376,506 IPC and 3/4/16/17 of POCSO Act, Police Station Badalpur, District- Gautam Budh Nagar, in which charge-sheet had already been submitted on 24.1.2020.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that at this stage he does not want to press the present writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
Prayer is accepted.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
