Heard Sri Azad Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2.

Notice need not to be sent to the respondent no. 3 at this stage.

This writ petition has been filed for the following relief;

"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the mutation case No. 710 of 2019 as computer case No. T201905310702978 (Kunwar Singh Vs. Sudhir Singh) under Section 34 of U.P. L.R. Act read with Section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 which is pending consideration before the respondent no. 2."

Sri Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner, has prayed for early disposal of the aforesaid proceedings. Learned Standing Counsel does not oppose the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner for early disposal of the proceeding pending before the respondent no. 2.

No useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, as such, the respondent no. 2 is directed to conclude the proceedings under Section 34 of U.P. L.R. Act read with Section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 in mutation case No. 710 of 2019, computer case No. T201905310702978 (Kunwar Singh Vs. Sudhir Singh), in accordance with law, preferably within a period of next six months from the date of receipt of a

copy of this order downloaded from the website of the High Court, after hearing all the parties concerned.
