Present writ petition has been filed alleging that the petitioner applied for and got admission with Respondent No. 3, Institute for the certificate in Mechanic Diesel and completed the said certificate course in the year 2009. Simultaneously, the petitioner also completed B.A.-1st year and passed the said 1st year examination in the year 2009.

It is claimed that on the basis of the admission given by the Respondent No. 3, a certificate was issued by the Respondent No. 2. Petitioner duly acknowledges that he cannot pursue two courses simultaneously and thus, wants to surrender the certificate issued by the Respondent No. 2 and as such, the petitioner moved an application before the Respondent No. 3 by means of two representations, which are on record.

Petitioner claims that no orders has been passed on the said requests of the petitioner, as such, without going into the merits of contention of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction that in case, the petitioner files a fresh representation before the Respondents No. 2 and 3 seeking surrender of the certificate granted to the petitioner (Annexure

No. 1), the Respondent No. 2 shall pass a reasoned order on the said application within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The representation so filed by the petitioner before the Respondent No. 3 shall be forwarded to the Respondent No. 2 for taking action in accordance with law.

It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the contention of the counsel for the petitioner at this stage.
