The instant withdrawal application has been moved on behalf of the petitioner to withdraw this petition as the parties have already entered into a compromise. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has lost its efficacy and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection.
Accordingly, the withdrawal application is allowed.
The petition is, hereby, dismissed as withdrawn.
