The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner who claims to be the husband of Smt. Jagrati Kashyap but she has not joined the writ petition as one of the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that inadvertently her name was left from the array of the parties and submits that at this stage he does not want to press the present writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed with the liberty to file fresh.
Prayer is accepted.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
