After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners do not want to press the present petition and the same may be dismissed at this stage with liberty to the petitioners to pursue the pending matter before the competent authority.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
