Petitioner is before this Court with a request commanding the second respondent to return the deposit amount Rs.74,30,000/with 10% interest. Further request has been made commanding the respondent no. 9 and 10 to start enquiry against the respondent no. 12 i.e. Yogendra Kumar Ex-Secretary Parivahan Vetan Bhogi Karmchari Sahkari Rin Samiti Limited, Agra on the basis of Balance Sheet and Cash Book.
After the matter has been heard at some length and the Court has proceeded to indicate its mind in negative, learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that he does not intend to press the present writ petition and the leave may be accorded to file a fresh petition.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
