Learned counsel for the respondent-bank submits that the petitioner had already approached to the District Magistrate for the redressal of his grievance against the recovery citation hence, this petition is not maintainable.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he intends to withdraw this petition.
In view of the above, this writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
