Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J.
Sri Anil Kumar Chaudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the interim application filed along with appeal against the order of cancellation of fair price shop license has not been decided. The remedy of appeal shall be rendered illusory in case the application is not decided.
The process of appointment of fresh fair price shop dealer has been initiated. It will not be in the interest of justice to stay the appointment of the fresh fair price shop dealer. However any such appointment shall remain subject to the decision in the appeal.
The writ petition is disposed of.
