Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Sanjai Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 3, 4 and 5 and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 2.
This writ petition has been filed seeking following prayers:-
"a) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of certiorari to quash the auction notice dated 21.12.2020 as well as 06.01.2021 issued by respondent no. 5.
b) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus directing to the respondent no. 4 not to any coercive measure against the petitioner for recovery of dues to the petitioner in pursuance of auction notice dated 21.12.2020 as well as 06.01.2021 issued by respondent no. 5."
After arguing at some length, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he intends to withdraw this petition.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
