Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J.
Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions submits that the site for the Pranchayat Bhawan was taken on the basis of resolution passed by the Gram Panchayat. The site so selected is most convenient for the villagers. The constructions is practically complete.
Faced with this learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
