Heard Sri Maruti Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State respondent and perused the record.

The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed for direction to respondent authorities to consider and decide the representation/complaints dated 23.12.2019 and 12.12.2019, respectively. The copy of said representation has been annexed as Annexure nos.2, 3 and 4.

Learned Standing Counsel states that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending or calling for counter affidavit and a direction may be issued to respondent no. 2- District Development Officer, Block Sahjanva, District Gorakhpur, to decide the said representation/complaint within stipulated time.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2- District Development Officer, Block Sahjanva, District Gorakhpur, to decide the said representation/complaint of the petitioner (Annexure 2, 3 and 4 to the writ petition) within a period of one month from the date of production of certified/computerized copy of this order.

The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall act accordingly without waiting for submission of the certified copy of this order.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
