The writ petition has been filed on behalf of Dhunjishaw Khusharo Ghandhi, Jhanghir D.Ghandhi and Nariman D.Ghandhi. It is without any assignment of right in favour of the deponent to swear the affidavit or to file this writ petition. The Power of Attorney in favour of the deponent to file this writ petition on behalf of the petitioners does not exist. There is even no pleading in the writ petition about Power of Attorney in favour of the deponent who has sworn the affidavit and filed the writ petition on behalf of three petitioners, named above. This is nothing but a petition filed without authority of law for a valuable land of which lease expired in the year 2005 itself.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as not maintainable having been filed without authority on behalf of the petitioners, named above.
