Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
Learned Standing Counsel states that objection moved by the petitioner, which is annexed as annexure-8 to the writ petition, has already been considered and a decision has been taken by the Additional District Magistrate, Ghaziabad vide order dated 28.8.2020 rejecting the objection of the petitioner, which has not been challenged by him though the order was already existing. Learned Standing Counsel has also provided a copy of the order to the counsel for the petitioner in the Court.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed, with the liberty to rake up his grievance before appropriate forum.
