The prayer in this petition is to decide the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 10th February, 2021 in respect of alteration of voter list of the Panchayat elections, 2021.
As the Panchayat elections, 2021 are already over, this writ petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to ventilate his grievance, if any, as and when next revision of the voter list takes place .
