Sri Shashi Dhar Sahai, learned counsel for the respondent bank submits that the petitioners have deposited the entire due amount with the bank and the original security documents have already been handed over to the petitioners and 'No Dues Certificate' has also been issued by the bank.
Copy of the instructions received by Sri Sahai from the bank is taken on record.
This fact has not been disputed by learned counsel for the petitioners.
In view of above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
