This writ petition is in respect of reservation of a seat of Gram Pradhan general (female) category candidate for the purposes of 2021 Gram Panchayat elections.
As elections have already been held, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to ventilate his grievance before the next round of election.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
