This petition has been filed to expedite the Case No. T202005310500025 (Pushpa Devi vs. Jairam), pending before Tehsildar, Tehsil Chauri Chaura, District Gorakhpur.
I have gone through the records and find no good ground to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case.
In view thereof, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to approach the court below by making an appropriate expedite application. In the event such an application is made, it is expected that the same shall be heard and decided, in accordance with law.
