Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 3; and perused the record.
The relief sought in this petition is that the respondents be directed not to create hindrance and interference in the possession of the petitioner over the land in question.
From the submissions made in the petition it appears that in respect of land in question there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the private respondents 4 to 7.
Under the circumstances, the appropriate course for the petitioner is to take recourse to appropriate legal remedy in the pending civil proceeding.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed off.
