This petition seeks a direction upon the District Magistrate, Kanpur Dehat to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner dated 06.03.2021 which is in respect of reservation for the post of Gram Pradhan in the panchayat election 202021.
As elections have already been held, this petition has been rendered infructuous.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as infructuous without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to raise her grievance, if any, in the next election.
