As the award of an Arbitrator can be questioned on limited grounds by filing an application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, this petition is misconceived and is dismissed as such, without prejudice to the right of the petitioners to take recourse to the remedy available under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
