This is an application for withdrawal of the writ petition filed on behalf of all the petitioners by petitioner No.1-Triveni Prasad Shukla.
Sri Sunil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner No.1-Triveni Prasad Shukla is the pairokar of all the petitioners. The petitioner No.1-Triveni Prasad Shukla on behalf of all the petitioners does not wish to press the writ petition.
Sri Gaurav Tiwari, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Raj Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent No.5 does not have any objection to the aforesaid prayer.
