The impugned order has been passed in compliance of the judgment rendered by this Court on 10.02.2020 in Writ B No. 369 of 2020 (Mohd. Jafar and others Vs. The District Deputy Director of Consolidation and another). The impugned order is a reasoned and a speaking order. The impugned order has been passed by a competent authority.
In this regard, attention of the Court was drawn to Section 3(4-A) and 3(4-B) of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act,1953, as well as Rule 65 of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Rules, 1954. The District Deputy Director of Consolidation was within his jurisdiction to pass the impugned order.
The writ petition is dismissed.
