The order impugned in the present writ petition is order for repatriation of the petitioner to his parent department.
It is stated that the petitioner had continued to work in the department from where he was sent back pursuant to the interim order dated 19.09.2006, whereby the operation of order dated 24.08.2006 had been stayed.
An application dated 25.02.2016 has been filed by the counsel for the respondents to state that the petitioner namely Prabhat Kumar Singh Yadav had died on 27.12.2013. The death certificate issued from the Nagar Nigam, Kanpur is appended with the said application.
In view of the above fact, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous .
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
