Heard Mr. V.K. Yadav, learned counsel for petitioner, who is available on video link. Learned Standing Counsel representing respondent-1 is also available.
At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner contends that he be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh as there are inherent mistakes in the present petition.
Learned Standing Counsel does not oppose the prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh.
