Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner is a society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860.
It is claimed that the society is working for the welfare of the teachers of the self-financed degree and post degree colleges in the State of U.P.
By the instant petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
"I. It is therefore most respectfully prayed to issue a writ of mandamus to respondents for making compliance of all the Government Orders.
II. It is therefore most respectfully prayed to issue a writ of mandamus to respondent no. 3 and 4 to make compliance of the order dated 02.08.2019 of the Hon'ble Chancellor."
The petitioner has impleaded the Chief Minister of the State in the array of respondents. Further, there is no resolution of the society that all the members would be bound by the out come of the instant writ petition.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petition at the behest of the petitioner, without relevant documents and resolution, would not be maintainable, further, the list of members has not been disclosed.
This fact is not being disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view thereof, the writ petition is dismissed.
