Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Shri B.B. Pandey, learned Chief Standing Counsel and Shri Apurva Hajela, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents through video conferencing and perused the record.

With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Present petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondent nos.2 to 4 to ensure measurement and demarcation of Chakroad being Gata Nos.68, 72, 98 and Gata No.92 situated in Village Sethwal, Post and Police Station Rani Ki Sarai, Pargana Nizamabad, Tehsil Sadar, District Azamgarh within stipulated time.

Learned Chief Standing Counsel has raised an objection to the effect that U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is self-contained Act and till now the petitioner has not moved an appropriate application for the aforesaid relief. He further submits that in case any such application as per law is moved by the petitioner, then definitely the authority would redress the grievance of the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances, in case any such application as per law is moved by the petitioner within one month from today, the authority would proceed to decide the same strictly in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders in the matter in further four months..

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioners alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.

The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
