Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh, Addl. Chief Standing Counsel assisted by Shri Devesh Vikram, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents through video conferencing.
Present writ petition has been preferred for a direction to third respondent (Asstt. Collector, Sevrai) to decide the application filed under Section 26 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, which is registered as dispatch no.87 dated 23.7.2020 within stipulated period.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to private respondents.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the third respondent to decide the aforesaid application in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within six months from the date of production of copy of this order but certainly after giving opportunity to all the sake holders in the matter, without according unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
