The grievance raised as against the unauthorized occupation on government land by respondent no. 4. In respect thereof, the petitioner has already approached the authorities of respondent no. 3.
However, taking into consideration the nature of relief as sought and the fact that at least a public property is encroached upon, we dispose of the petition with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the District Magistrate, Mathura in respect of grievance raised in this petition within 15 days from today. The District Magistrate, Mathura after affording opportunity of hearing to all concerned shall pass a suitable order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receiving the representation.
It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on merits of the matter.
The writ petition is disposed of in above terms.
The petitioner along with the copy of the order passed today shall also placed before the District Magistrate, Mathura a copy of the present petition and documents annexed therewith for proper appraisal of the grievance. Order Date :- 18.1.2021 Kuldeep
