Heard Sri Narayan Dutt Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents and perused the record.

The present Public Interest Litigation (writ petition) has been filed for issuance a direction to the respondent no.3, Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil Sadar, District Mau to implement the order dated 24.12.2019 passed in Case No.5097 of 2019, Computer Case No.T201915510105097, under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the proceedings for eviction of respondent nos.3 and 4 was passed with regard to the land of Khasra No.309 area measuring 0.176 hectare situated in village Khargajepur, Tehsil Sadar, District Mau which was found to be reserved land for pond.

By the said order, the compensation was also imposed to the extent of Rs.5,86,000/- along with execution charges of Rs.1000/-.

On the instruction received, learned Standing Counsel states that no appeal against the said order is pending before the appropriate authority.

Under these circumstances, a direction is issued to the respondent no.3, Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil Sadar, District Mau to implement the order dated 24.12.2019 in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment.

With the aforesaid observation, the Public Interest Litigation (writ petition) is accordingly disposed of.
