Petitioner has filed this petition claiming following relief:-
"i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2, Collector, Jaunpur to prepare the Map of the village Jageeshpur as per the provisions contained under Section 30 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 read with Rule 25 of the Revenue Rules, 2016."
This prayer is not opposed by learned standing counsel for the State.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 (Collector), Jaunpur to take suitable action as is contemplated under law within 90 days from the date of receipt of computer generated copy of the order being passed today in PDF Form on its own merits.
It is made clear that this Court is not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case of the petitioner.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
