Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents.

This writ petition has been filed praying for the following relief:-

"(i) To allow the habeas corpus writ petition and direct the Respondent no.2 Smt. Brahmwati wife of Late Ramesh Chand, Resident of Moolchand Vihar, Khatauli, Police Station Khatauli, District Muzaffar Nagar, to produce the corpus Smt. Kumari Bobi before this High Court on the date fixed and the Corpus Smt. Kumari Bobi be set at her liberty forthwith, in the interest of justice, otherwise the petitioners will suffer irreparable loss and injury. ".

After the case was argued at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioners want to withdraw the writ petition and, therefore, it may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to petitioners to challenge in appeal the order dated 19.12.2020 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffar Nagar in Case Crime No. 410 of 2020 (State Versus Sachin), under Section 101 of Juvenile Justice Care and Protection Act, 2015.

In view of aforesaid, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn leaving it open to the petitioners to challenge the order dated 19.12.2020 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffar Nagar in Case Crime No. 410 of 2020 (State Versus Sachin) in appeal under Section 101 of Juvenile Justice Care and Protection Act, 2015. before the competent court.
