Heard Shri Mahabir Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Ramesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the fourth respondent.

The instant petition has been filed for seeking custody of the first petitioner.

¶7

It is urged that both the petitioners had contracted marriage on 11.1.2021, as per Hindu Rites and Customs. First petitioner (Archana Yadav) is present in the Court, she has been identified by her counsel Shri Ramesh Kumar Pandey, Advocate, she is aged about 21 years, she made a statement in open Court in presence of the lawyers that she has been produced in the Court from the custody of her parents, she further stated that she would like to live with her parents and is not interested to go with the second petitioner (Vipin Kumar).

In view thereof, first petitioner is set at liberty to live with her parents as per her choice. Second petitioner is also present in the court and he undertakes that he will not subject any kind of harassment or coercion upon the first petitioner.

In view of the statement of first petitioner, the petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
