Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the recall application has been filed to recall the order dated 13.4.2021 by which petition was dismissed as withdrawn because there was amicable settlement between the husband and wife.
Learned counsel for the applicant at this stage wants to withdraw the recall application and he wants to seek appropriate remedy before appropriate forum under Guardians and Wards Act & Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act.
Accordingly, the recall application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
