This is an appeal of the year 1991.
Appellants, namely, Lalloo and Baboo had challenged the judgment and decree dated 12.2.1982.
It appears that appellants are no longer interested to pursue this appeal which is of the year 1991.
After passing away Shri M.A. Qadeer, Advocate.
The substitution application No.12977 of 1999 was filed by M.A. Qadeer in the year 1999.
I have no other option but to dismiss the appeal.
In view of the above, this writ petition stands dismissed for non prosecution.
