Counsel for the Insurance Company submits that he has instructions for withdrawal of this appeal. He submits that an understanding has been reached with the claimants that neither they will claim any further amount by challenging the impugned award dated 13.10.2020 passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/ Additional District Judge, Court No 2, Mathura in MACP No. 648 of 2017 nor the Insurance Company will press this appeal.
In view of such understanding, he prays for withdrawal of this appeal. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
