The parties have agreed upon settlement of this appeal on the following terms and conditions:
(i) The appellant Nos. 1 to 4 shall be entitled to get Rs. 2,50,000/- in full and final satisfaction of their claim from the respondent No.2. This will be in addition to amount already deposited.
(ii) The amount due as above shall be deposited/paid through cheque within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order of the Hon'ble Court failing which interest @ 6% P.A. shall accrue from such date till payment.
(iii) The parties have compromised the appeal out of their free consent and without any coercion/pressure of any kind.
Parties to act as per compromise deed.
This appeal is disposed of in view of the settlement between the parties.
