Sri Parihar submits that in execution proceedings, claimants have already entered into a compromise whereby Chola Mandalam M.S General Insurance Co. Ltd. has deposited a sum of Rs. 14,60,000/- (fourteen lakhs sixty thousand rupees) awarded by learned claims tribunal and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present appeal.
As nobody is appearing to press the appeal and in view of the compromise brought on record, appeal fails and is dismissed.
