This appeal is of the year 1989. It appears that the litigants have lost interest in the matter as till 1995, the appellant had not even deposited process fees. Steps have not been taken till date. There was restoration application which came to be allowed by the undersigned way back in the year 2019.
No substitution has been carried out for the period from 11.2.2019 till date.
This Court has no other option but to dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution.
