From the perusal of the order dated 29.5.2007 passed by A.C.J.M./Fast Track Court No.3, Aligarh in S.T. No. 967 of 2005, under Sections 323, 324, 307, 506, 452 I.P.C., I found no illegality in the order.
Therefore, the revision lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed .
Interim order, if any, is vacated.
