Present writ petition has been preferred for a direction to the respondents to investigate the Case Crime No.0338 of 2021 P.S. Kotwali, Kannauj, Distt. Kannauj in a fair and impartial manner and for a direction to authorities to give police protection to the petitioner.
At the very outset, learned AGA on the basis of instructions apprises to the Court that the prosecutrix in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has supported the accused-Pawan Kumar Mishra and direction may be issued to the concerned Magistrate to proceed as per law.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending consideration. With the consent of parties, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the concerned Magistrate to proceed further in the matter strictly in accordance with law.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
