Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents.

This writ petition has been filed praying for direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 2-District Magistrate to decide the Case No. 37/2021 Computer Case No. D202105440000037 under Section 457 Cr.P.C. pending before the District Magistrate, Kushi Nagar (Padrauna) arising out of Crime No. 456 of 2021 under Sections 307, 429 IPC and Sections 3, 5A, 5B, 8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, P.S. Turkpatti, District Kushi Nagar within a stipulated period.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the District Magistrate, Kushi Nagar (Padrauna) to decide the Case No. 37/2021 Computer Case No. D202105440000037 under Section 457 Cr.P.C. expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order.

The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.

The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
