Heard learned counsel for the parties.
A personal affidavit of Senior Superintendent of Police, Saharanpur and a personal affidavit of A.D.G.P. (Law & Order) both dated 06.10.2021 have been filed today which are taken on record.
As per personal affidavit of Senior Superintendent of Police, Saharanpur, a final report has been submitted by the police with respect to the F.I.R. in question i.e. F.I.R. No.489/2021 dated 06.08.2021 under Section 366 I.P.C. P.S. Deoband, District - Saharanppur.
In view of the aforesaid the writ petition has become infructuous and is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous.
It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on merits of the case of the petitioner.
