Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

This application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking a suitable direction to the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge Court No. 3, Kanpur Nagar, to decide the stay Application (5 Kha) filed in Criminal Revision No. 150 of 201 (Banshi Lal Vs. Smt. Sadhna Sharma) as expeditiously as possible, within stipulated time. Further prayer to stay the effect and operation order dated 30.3.2021 passed in Case No. 00667 of 2021 (Smt. Sadhna Sharma Vs. Bansi Lal) under Section 133 Cr.P.C. passed by Additional City Magistrate Kanpur Nagar District- Kanpur Nagar, has also been made.

After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and after perusing the averments as contained in the present application, I do not find any substance in the arguments of learned counsel for the applicant to stay the order dated 30.3.2021 as Criminal Revision No. 150 of 2021 has been preferred against that order and stay application has already been moved in the revision.

In view of the above, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge Court No. 3, Kanpur Nagar, to decide the Stay Application (5 Kha) filed in Criminal Revision No. 150 of 201 (Banshi Lal Vs. Smt. Sadhna Sharma) most expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing the parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if possible within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order before it.
