This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:
"(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the first information report dated 14.04.2021 registered as a Case Crime No. 0252 of 2021 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 406, 506 I.P.C. Police Station Kalyanpur, District Kanpur Nagar.
(b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the first information report dated 14.04.2021 registered as a Case Crime 0252 of 2021 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 406, 506 I.P.C. Police Station Kalyanpur, District Kanpur Nagar.
(c) Issue such other and further appropriate writ, order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstance of the case.
(d) Award the cost of petition."
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the allegations made in the impugned first information report, the writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to apply for anticipatory bail/ bail as permissible under law and in accordance with law.
It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on merits of the case of the petitioner.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad,self attested by the petitiner along with a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Adhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Adhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
