This writ petition has been filed praying for following relief :
(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quash the impugned notice dated 16.11.2020 issued by Additional District Magistrate (Nazool), Prayagraj under Section 3(1) U.P. Control of Goondas Act, 1970 in Case No.D20200203005222 of 2020 (State vs. Suryabhan Yadav) under Section 3(1) of U.P. Control of Goondas Act, 1970 in case crime no. 149 of 2019 under Section 323, 332, 352, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 392)(va) of S.C./S.T. Act, P.S. Sarai Mumreg, District - Prayagraj.
(II) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents not to harass the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned notice dated 16.10.2020. "
Sri Pantanjali Mishra, learned A.G.A., on instructions, states that the impugned show cause notice has been withdrawn by the authority concerned.
In view of above, the writ petition has become infructuous and is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous.
